Pardon for the lack of posts lately since the middle of May.
Things have been fairly busy on the writing front.
I’ve gotten to Chapter 31 of The Starchild, but otherwise everything else has been quiet. The volunteering job is still putting along–with last week being pretty crazy. A lot of people have been coming in and we’ve made a few new friends along the way.
One of the clients wants my wife to make her a new hat for the winter and one of the volunteers wanted the same. So as soon as next month comes around, I plan on buying April some more yarn so that she can do just that.
Convincing her to sell her hats online has proven to be problematic at best. My wife just doesn’t feel up to it, no matter how much cajoling I do on my part. ^_^
Things are finally popping over at Labor Ready, but I’ve misfired twice on landing day work on the account I didn’t bring my only pair of pants with me. I still plan on buying pants (and some shorts) next month, but there will be plenty of other opportunities for me this summer.
I just have to be patient.
