On The Civil War

A small bit of historic irony:

Today marks the 150th anniversary to the start of the Civil War. In my book–The Price of Freedom–the year in which my characters are set in (2165) marks the 300th anniversary of the end of that war; during which time, they are fighting another conflict that has lasted–COINCIDENTALLY–150 years on the nose.

By accident or by pure concidence, there was no intent or conspiracy involved when choosing that particular date on June 10th, 2004–when I first started writing the book. ^_^
